1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing the digital portals, guide resources, cartography coordinates, and editorial media made available at festivalvaultvist.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Festival Vaultvist d.o.o., registered in Mestni trg 14, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

2. Nature of the Environmental Information Service

Festivalvaultvist delivers informational, cartographical, and descriptive guides covering national parks, lakes, alpine passes, and trails in Slovenia. While all coordinates, trail difficulties, and seasonal warnings are curated with professional diligence, outdoor conditions in the Julian and Kamnik-Savinja Alps are subject to sudden weather shifts, rockfalls, avalanches, and trail closures.

Users assume complete individual responsibility for verifying current regional park advisories (Triglav National Park Administration), carrying appropriate alpine mountaineering equipment, and obtaining valid local permits where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, spatial rendering stylesheets, graphic design assets, brand emblems, and bespoke editorial copy published on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Festival Vaultvist d.o.o. and protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property conventions.

No part of this website may be reproduced, scraped via automated bots for commercial AI training without written authorization, redistributed, or republished without express prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE SLOVENIAN AND EUROPEAN LAW, FESTIVAL VAULTVIST D.O.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BODILY INJURY INCURRED DURING TREKKING, ROUTE MISCALCULATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR INTERRUPTIONS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or packet-flooding attacks against the infrastructure.
• Impersonate Festivalvaultvist rangers, expedition directors, or park liaisons.
• Use the service to advocate illegal alpine camping in prohibited nature reserve zones or violations of Triglav National Park regulations.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
